Sparkmedia Ltd purchased the lease of 13 St.George’s Road following the collapse of the PoNaNa group. At the time the Listed Building had been badly let go and Sparkmedia faced an uphill struggle in renovating the building to function as a major Cheltenham night spot whilst keeping within parameters set by the council conservation department.

With Butler Silcock’s assistance the initial and ongoing works have been a resounding success and Sparkmedia have been nominated for local architectural awards for their work in adapting and conserving the building, which now boasts a coffee shop and outdoor terrace in addition to a split level nightclub facility.

It was a daunting prospect when we took it on, but stage by stage we have reached our goal of providing Cheltenham with a quality facility. We would definitely use them again for future projects. “
