Beaumont House Hotel

Butler Silcock Limited have been involved with Alan and Fan Bishop since they purchased the Beaumont House in 2004. At the time of purchase, the hotel had become very run down and was in poor order. Through a series of distinct phases we have assisted Alan and Fan in obtaining AA five star guest house status, turning the establishment into one of Cheltenham’s premier guesthouses.

Initial phases required completely renewing the drainage system, fitting a new central heating and hot water installtion, and the creation of two ‘themed’ suites at first floor level – ‘Out of Africa’ and ‘Out of Asia’, both of which are pre-booked months ahead.

The final phase, undertaken by contractor Kier Moss and designed and supervised by Butler Silcock Limited, gave the entire external fabric a major facelift and completely gutted and renovated the upper levels to an extremely high standard.
