Most recently, Butler Silcock were commissioned to undertake the all professional services related to the refurbishment of a local nightclub. Formerly “The Fez Club”, a vacant premises for the past 18 months,

Dakota Clubs Ltd enlisted the specialist skills of the Butler Silcock team to carry the project from the initial lease negotiations through to practical completion. The project benefited significantly, in respect of time and financial restraints, from the full range of in house services offered.

Undertaking the Local Authority consultations, overall design, production of the contract documents and a stringent management of the project, Butler Silcock, the client and main contractor were able to meet their target of a fast track 8 week construction period opening in time for the profitable Christmas season.

The contractor pulled out all the stops as well, as long as we provided them with the information – they built it.

With the building being in a poor state of repair when it was taken on, it was critical to a fast track program and the financial viability of the project that we were on hand to offer professional advice. Ultimately, the project was a success and Dakota Clubs have a great nightclub that has received nothing but praise from all who go there.
